The Division heard from Ella Rees, an associate at A&O Shearman, who advised Impact Investment Exchange on the ground breaking Women’s Livelihood Bond series, a sustainable finance initiative empowering millions of women and girls across the Global South, on a pro bono basis.

She shared insights from her experience advising on complex structured finance and derivatives matters, and discussed how pro bono work can drive meaningful social and environmental impact.
